Please create a tool that can generate a daily workout plan for be based on the following goals. I would like to progressively overload in muscle hypertrophy while hitting every major muscle group for six sets each week. I want to work out 4 times a week total. I want each workout to be under 1 hour. I also want 1 day to be dedicated to injury prevention. Assume that I have access to a complete weightlifting gym. Also add a 5th workout each week that is dedicated to increasing my VO2 maximum lung capacity.
